Remove Drug

If a drug is no longer required, it can be removed from the formulary.

  1. From the Formulary, select the item(s) you wish to remove.
    The Remove from Formulary option activates in the toolbar.

  2. Select Remove from Formulary.
    An alert displays.

    If the item has a tag associated with it, an alert displays "Tag associated with drug. XXXXXX is associated with the tag XXXX. Removing the drug from the formulary will also remove this association.

    "

  3. Select Remove Drug to proceed or Keep Drug to cancel.
    The formulary refreshes.
